Level 01

Part-time Worker

About the role: Flexible workforce support for foundational tasks. Paid hourly or per task; typically outside the core full-time headcount.

Key Responsibilities

Handle repetitive, straightforward operational work—such as flyer distribution, in-store meal service and restocking, basic data entry, and promotional support.

Core Competencies

  • Punctuality & reliability: Show up for scheduled shifts; no unexcused absences.
  • Following directions: Stick to on-site rules, safety guidelines, and basic service standards.
  • Fast learning: Pick up simple workflows after a short briefing (15–30 minutes).
Assistant
Level 02

Assistant

About the role: A full-time support role that helps a team or supervisor with administrative and day-to-day business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle routine transactions, gather and pass along information, manage documents, track schedules and attendance, and coordinate with part-time staff and frontline teams.

Core Competencies

  • Follow-through: Complete assigned work accurately and on time.
  • Attention to detail & organization: Keep data, files, and calendars accurate and easy to find.
  • Communication & coordination: Share updates clearly inside the team; help schedule or dispatch part-time workers when needed.
Supervisor

Supervisor

About the role: Frontline team lead—the bridge between frontline staff (including part-time workers and assistants) and mid-level managers.

Key Responsibilities

Run day-to-day scheduling, manage the team on-site, review shifts and attendance, handle incidents, and coach part-time and new employees.

Core Competencies

  • Hands-on expertise: Know the core workflows well enough to demonstrate and coach on the floor.
  • Process oversight: Break manager goals into daily actions and make sure the frontline delivers.

Manager

About the role: Owner of a department or location (for example, store manager or department manager), accountable for overall performance and team building.

Key Responsibilities

Set monthly and quarterly strategies for the department or store, manage costs, hire and develop talent, and coordinate across teams and external partners.

Regional Manager
Level 05

Regional Manager

About the role: Mid- to senior-level leader responsible for operating and growing all stores, branches, or business teams in a defined region (for example, Africa or a metro cluster).

Key Responsibilities

Roll out regional strategy, manage multiple teams and projects, expand into new locations, oversee regional risk, and handle public relations.

  • Strategic & commercial thinking: Design local growth and competitive plans that align with company direction.
  • Remote & matrix management: Lead managers and teams across locations; build standards and remote oversight.
